Very peaceful secluded setting, really enjoyed the Mountain View and the sounds of running water so close.
Excellent place to stay. Incredibly scenic. Close to town... but not too close. A perfect weekend getaway.
Great little spot in a beautiful area of Arkansas! We loved the sound of the flowing water just outside and the gorgeous view from the house. The yard was great for the kids!
This home and area are great. Our family of 6 stayed here and had a great time and plenty of sleeping space. We use Verizon for cell service and did not have phone service the entire stay, and the WiFi password provided did not work....so be prepared to have zero method of communication just in case! We would stay here again.
It was an amazing vacation spot! You can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery listening to the creek and still have all the amenities of home. Owners are great and really care for the space. Pictures do not do it justice. Very large house, and really neat surrounding area. We hiked Glory Hole & Hemmed in Hollow (little difficult) shopped in Jaden at little shops and had an amazing meal at the Blue Mountain Cafe. The pictures and memories are one for the books. We will be back for sure. We spent time just cruising the roads and enjoying all its beauty.
We all needed an escape with myself and my 6 friends so this place was perfect. Staying outside Jasper was relaxing to get away from covid. The place had a great creek nearby and the cattle that were having fun above us came down and said bye to us. We went to the nearby mystic caverns and took great photos. Lastly we went on a hike to the buffalo river and although we were exhausted it was great.

This is a great spot for a weekend get away with friends, family or just you! Misty Creek is sparkling clean, comfortable with a lot of cooking utensils so you are able to make whateber you would like! You are in driving distance of tons of great hiking and views. I recommend the Hawksbill lookout and Centerpoint to Goat Trail, both are a little challenging but 100% worth it.

We loved staying here because of its quiet, secluded location. It was wonderful to hear the nearby creek, too, whenever we stepped outside. Evenings were beautiful, as we could see the stars on clear nights.
We went to the Lost Valley Trail up to Eden Falls. There is an amazing cave that you must crawl upstream to see its real beauty. Several other great hikes and views in the area. We also hiked to Whittaker Point for photos. Awesome awesome awesome.
Beautiful place to relax! The house is lovely and spacious. A lot bigger then the pictures show. You can open the doors upstairs and listen to creek running. It’s also located in a beautiful spot in Arkansas, close to many fun things to do in nature.
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious and clean. The property around the house was beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The GPS link we were given in directions sent us to an entirely different place and it took a quite a while to find the correct location. We were really excited about the whirlpool tub but sadly the button was messed up and we couldn’t ever get the jets on.
We had a great time with my family.
We really enjoyed our stay! Our puppy dog loved walking around in the creek and the property is fenced in so we could leave him off leash and play fetch in the yard without worrying about the roads. The house was clean and well kept. Our stay was relaxing, a great place to get away from the world.

This house is huge and the property is very well kept. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Swimming holes were very close, and I loved stargazing from the upstairs deck. Security system was nice since the area is pretty remote, but well within driving distance of lots of Ozark trails. Would highly recommend, it was just me and my dog but this place is definitely plenty large for a big family!
This was just the home we needed for our vacation and then some! The property was beautiful, and we loved having creek access to explore with our young child. Saw lots of turtles, fish, and "treasures." The weather was perfect to sit outside, and we made good use of the fire pit. I felt safe and secure. The home was spacious and easy to use -- everything we needed in the kitchen, a large dining room table, plenty of beds. It was actually more house than we needed (not complaining!). The bed in the master room was especially comfortable. The only tip I'd give is that if you have young children, bring a baby gate or two for the stairs -- they are not kid-friendly. That's not the fault of the house/host, just a tip for other guests. The location was great, too. We went on a new hike each day at the surrounding state/national parks and did a canoe trip down the Buffalo National River. Was a great, quiet, peaceful getaway. Bonus to be at at a secluded house during COVID with access to the parks without sharing facilities at campgrounds.
This is a nice place with plenty of room to spread out. Access to the creek was really nice. And the fire pit area was fun. Very close to a couple Buffalo access points. We will stay again!
Nice place to stay with good amenities and an amazing view. Patio is a good place to drink and play cards as the sun goes down over the mountains
We had a great extended weekend at Misty Creek! The creek outside the cabin was fun to play in and the kids had a great time catching tadpoles and minnows. The house itself was perfect for a larger group (four adults, four kids). The dining table was large enough to seat everyone, and the living room had plenty of space too. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils to cook all of our meals. If you are a family with young children, I would caution that the stairs in the house are open between the steps and on the side (there is a handrail). We have a toddler obsessed with stairs, so we had to keep our eyes on him to make sure he didn't attempt the stairs without help. But everything else about the house was so perfect, we would stay here again!
Great place in a beautiful location! The creek was just what I was hoping for. It was fun for the whole family, dogs included.
Place is nice big and clean, hard to find at first. The view is not the best, but the creek is nice if it’s flowing.

We absolutely loved the creek and privacy! We could have spent a week just swimming in the creek! Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area! The stars were amazing at night and we loved cooking hotdogs over the fire!!

This is a great scenic location adjacent to flowing stream. Outdoor fire pit was a nice place to congregate and dining area was ample enough for large groups.
Wow! What a perfect spot for a getaway in nature! The land the property sits on is beautiful and well equipped for activities, hanging out, preparing food, and lounging around with dogs. The cabin and specifically the kitchen is very well equipped with almost all standard utensils! Extra-Credit - One of the few Airbnb's that had MORE than enough seating in the core 3 areas (dining room, living room, and patio/outside) even if you had the filled the cabin with 8 people Our group went kayaking on Buffalo river and the put-in spot was less than 1 hr from the cabin. There are also a number of highly-rated hikes varying from easy, family-friendly 2 milers to extraneous 12 miles hikes within an hour! I would highly recommend this spot for your next group getaway to the Ozarks!

Great place to stay!!! Location, location location! Right next a creek that is easily accessible. Nice local gas station near by if you forget anything. Plenty of pots/pans for cooking. The inside was spacious with lots of seating. Looking outside, the grill was ready to go, table and chairs for outside dining, and a fire pit to enjoy!
This place is great! It is secluded and easy to find. The home was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. We used the fire pit outside both nights and enjoyed the beautiful stars.
The location is amazing, good view of the forest, stream right in front of the house and a great night sky view. Cannot ask for more
